Support for mastercomfig VPKs

Would it be possible to use VPKs for the mastercomfig configs, instead of the autoexecs? This would provide a lot more features and performance improvements.

It is possible, but requires a rework of the way of how gfx configs are being added to the archive. I can work of this when I have a bit of spare time, not going to be anytime soon though.

Sure. I've added a very basic contributing guide, but you'll still have to find out a lot of the stuff by yourself. Me and other people who worked on the repo tried to make it as commented as possible, but it still is a giant mess of bad practicies and garbage code that should be redone.
