How to use the estimated parameters in smpl model？

I had ran smpl code and modified it manually θ and β， The generated .obj can be viewed in meshlab. How can i apply the parameters obtained from the pose estimation algorithm used in other work to the smpl model or used in body-model-visualizer? Is there any other work for reference?
