[bug] Move buttons are hidden in horizontal scrollbar when task contains wide code string in short description

When short description is too wide then move buttons are hidden in horizontal scrollbar. I think it is better to place them on the left side border of footer. Also it would be great having ability to move task in preview window (when you click once on task).
