Error Color / Placement

Could you have the errors in the list show up in RED? It would make it easier to find them when deploying a work space with many files.

Or have some kind of report at the end of the deploy with failed files or something.

I think this would make it very convenient.

I currently looking for extensions that colorizes their output windows, but I cannot find one.

Do you have an example of such an open source VSCode extension?
