Support for Wezterm

I have several workflows that rely on ttab a bit. It would be nice to have support for the rust-based WezTerm [1].

It looks like the WezTerm CLI is (easily) powerful enough to enable integration with ttab in principle, and while I understand that such an integration would be nice to have, I have no plans to personally work on this - but contributions are welcome.
