Time for 4.0.35?

According to https://pypistats.org/packages/pyodbc , 4.0.34 has been downloaded more than 20 million times in the last 30 days, and 98%+ of those downloads are for Linux.

IMO, we really should release 4.0.35 to fix the manylinux wheels issue.

Had to pin my stuff to 4.0.32, which causes a whole lot of issues depending on the version of Linux you use.

As mentioned here, it appears that Christoph's library of Windows wheels is no longer being updated.

I cannot apologize enough, especially when @keitherskine has made it so easy to release now. There is now a 4.0.35 release with 3.11 wheels.
