by starting over Konsole:

Installation as Flatpak on Debian12/Kde Reinstallation did not help at deinstallation some directions are left and could not deleted. So they can not be written again.
Can you please start with --verbose option to see more logs?
flatpak run net.mkiol.SpeechNote --verbose
Sorry for the late reply. The affected computer is now defective. A faulty audio interface may have damaged a RAM module. A new installation may be necessary anyway. Until then, thanks for taking care of it. Greetings
