Rename dsnote repository to SpeechNote

I notice the only way i can find your git repo is via the FlatHub package. Would you be willing to change the name to "SpeechNote" as its better SEO as your tool will likely come up better on search and more people will find it i think.

Actually I didn't know that GitHub has an option for this but indeed there is such option. I can change the name of the repository, Wow!. It will be a bit problematic because some links (including models URLs) point to this repo but it is doable. Thanks for pointing this out to me.

I'm very bad in naming. This weird name dsnote comes from "DeepSpeech Note" because initially this app used only DeepSpeech engine from Mozilla.

GitHub supports basic redirects between projects, so it should be safe to rename the project :)

It's mainly when you move between git hosting platforms that things get creates issues.
