Not fully reading all of external storage
All my zim files show up and load with no issue when placed in my defaultuser Downloads and Documents folders. Upon inserting and formatting an SD card that does work fine in other applications, Zimpedia refuses to show that I have any archives on that SD card once moved. When I move/copy zim files back to my Downloads or Documents folder(s) they will show up again in the "Select Archives" list. Terminal output shows nothing other than a "cannot open bookmarks file" error when trying to refresh and look for files on the SD card.
This is on Zimpedia 3.3.0 and Sailfish OS X 5.0.0.68, replicated with every zim file I have downloaded. Zimpedia is on internal storage with the OS and my archives are on an external micro SD card, unencrypted. I have not tested with older application versions.
Also probably worth noting that I tried doing a symbolic link from the microSD to my Documents folder, and those symbolic links also do not show up in the "Select Archives" list. My suspicion is that Zimpedia is having trouble reading from the microSD card because of sandboxing, but perhaps something else could be at play.
Huge update I probably should've tested for before opening the issue, although I edited the title to reflect this:
Zimpedia can, in fact, read from my external storage device. However, once I move those zim files into a second subdirectory (i.e. externalstorage/Documents/zims), that is when Zimpedia does not like to read any of the files. It does work fine when in a base folder of the SD card (i.e. externalstorage/Documents). It also works when they are in the root of the SD card. It is only an issue when I want to move the zim files into a second subdirectory of the SD card.
