Bind: the requested address is not valid in its context

Dialogue box repeats the title whenever I try to start the server whether on startup or done manually. Issue appeared before updating to 0.3.0 and still persists.

Was working well since a month but today all of a sudden it didn't work so I updated but to no avail.
