"Exceeded maximum allowed redirects", cause unknown

audible-cle-0.3.1 hangs after saving a .voucher but before saving the corresponding .aaxc. This was not the first fallback to aaxc in the session. It fails again in the same way, at the same file if restarted.

File /cygdrive/d/data/audio_/Audible/downloads/aaxc/Longform/Longform_Episode_487_Joe_Bernstein-MPEG.mp3 downloaded in 0:00:02.597791. Fallback to aaxc for Longform: Episode 486: Vauhini Vara Voucher file saved to /cygdrive/d/data/audio_/Audible/downloads/aaxc/Longform/Longform_Episode_486_Vauhini_Vara-MPEG.voucher. error: Exceeded maximum allowed redirects.

The audible app also had trouble downloading this file; I had to ask it 3 times to download it.

Same error on a different file in the same podcast when downloading --aaxc:

@philgoetz In audible-cli 0.3.0 I've reworked the download function. Maybe there is an issue. As what I can see is that books above are downloaded as mp3?!

Podcast episodes are downloaded as mp3.
