[Feature Request]: I want to pass `snKeyPass` as a command line variable to be used in Dev-Ops secretes etc.

I do not want the snKeyPass to be in the crproj file, as this defeats the act of "Delay Signing" and having the actual password a secret (Contractors etc.) I would like to pass the snKeyPass on the command line when used in a yml file so that it is not known to anyone !
