Unable to use Configuration in 59.0.2 (32-bit)

I have created Auto as required. When installed at first launch I get

I cannot figure out why. I am using the very latest CCK Extension 2.2.3.5 Hope you can offer help.

Having investigated this I have found that you have to remove any entries in the Permissions section. Although this is a fix, it does not help in the fact that I need to add these entries for use.
