Screen is shifted down on iPad 9th gen

When I start the app on my iPad, the blue configuration screen does not take up the whole screen and I can see the white touch area behind it. When I tap “Start” the white area is shifted down and to the right (in portrait mode with the home button at the bottom). The position of the shifted screen does not change when I rotate the device. I have tried reinstalling the app, and it didn't work,
