Cannot join chat rooms with Kopete (only one version tested)

Attempts to join a chat room using Kopete version 0.12.7 (Using Trinity R14.1.4) results in a blank exchange list, making it impossible to join. This may involve other versions, I am unable to test.

Wireshark was DM'd via Discord. Willing to connect to other servers for debugging purposes.

~Just making a note: I tried to recreate this issue with Kopete version 1.13.0 in Fedora 42 and couldn't even login/connect to RAS. I saw the TCP connection establish and then a login attempt sent by the client but nothing appears in the RAS trace logs, not even an EOF error. The issue could be in a newer RAS release, or the difference between Kopete 0.12.7 and 1.13.0 causes incompatibility.~

I didn't realize Kopete in TDE was a fork of the KDE version. Anyone working on this will need to use the TDE version. I'll file a separate issue for the KDE version not working.
