Formula with pre-calculated value?

Is it possible to set the result of a formula manually? Eg. so it doesn't have to be recalculated when reading.

Similar to https://github.com/box/spout/pull/612 where <v>123</v> is used. Perhaps also a 'Formula' class which has these options?
