Support OpenBSD

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Building fjira using make yields unsupported platform.

Describe the solution you'd like To be able to compile & run fjira on OpenBSD.

Describe alternatives you've considered Gojira runs on OpenBSD, but development looks like it's stalled a few years back. jira-cli also runs on OpenBSD.
