Terminated in an unusual way, runtime error

image I dunno. Searched open issues for this: There is one open and one closed issue. The closed issue was self-closed by the user when he said he had the wrong DLL's. The open issue has been reiterated by people in 2013, 2014, 2016, and by me in 2018. No answers. Anyone out there care to explain this?

Could it be that I'm missing the Qt DLL's? It's not entirely clear from the documentation, but that is my guess. Why should one have to guess?
