bug in Canvas::loadGmlDiagram

You're right about that absolutePath() bug. It is fixed in the trunk. GML graph loading still doesn't work. It used to be that the GML graphs were considered large graphs...

I don't know much about cola.interop. Tim added this sometime in the past and it has not been maintained. It looks like it uses the SWIG interface via the generateWrapper.sh...
