Implementation of HOLA

The HOLA paper mentions that the Human like Orthogonal Layout Algorithm will be ported to C++ and added to Adaptagrams. For now, we can use the python implementation but I was wondering whether there is a timeline for a release of a faster version that can handle larger graphs.

Yes, this got put on the back-burner for a while. We will see if we can make it a priority again.

Thank you @tgdwyer and Kim! The HOLA results are great but the algorithm is quite involved so it will be great to have it implemeted by someone who knows all the details. Looking forward to it.

+1 to this! Was just reading the paper again with the hope that this could be used in a number of different ways for biological pathway visualization. Would be great to have!
