When I try to build this project in VS2022, the following error message shows:

Cannot import the following key file: strong-name-cert.pfx. The key file may be password protected. To correct this, try to import the certificate again or manually install the certificate to the Strong Name CSP with the following key container name: VS_KEY_E08ABB3D1BBB42C9

Is this strong key indeed password protected?
