Notifications windows dissappers (minimized) when main windows is minimized

Notification windows dissappers or is minimized when main windows is minimized.

I show notifications if my main window is minimized, so they are showing then my app in minimized. When I restore it they are still visible.

When I minimize the main window while they are showing they disappear. When I restore the window they appear again.
