compatible with django 1.10, 1.11, 2.0+

I have made changes to make cbvpatterns compatible with django 1.10, 1.11, 2.0+. README updated as well accordingly. If you could publish it to PyPi after proper testing, that would be great as we are using it in our project extensively.
