blast hits AREN'T SHOWING ON FIGURE

orfs are there but no blast hits drawn between them....and there should be. no_blast_hits.pptx

I'm also having this issue now, but it was previously working fine. The BLAST files generated appear to be empty. Has anyone managed to resolve this? Thanks.
