New ACL anthology

The entries in acl.yml refer to the old ACL anthology and seem to have no equivalents in the new ACL anthology. I guess it should be changed to use http://www.aclweb.org/anthology/anthology.bib.gz instead?

Ah, yes, all of these should be updated to use the canonical URLs under http://www.aclweb.org/anthology/...

I fixed the top-level Anthology bib. We are no longer generating volume-level bibs, but may restore that (https://github.com/acl-org/acl-anthology/issues/222).

These volumes bibs are now available. It should also be easy to crawl them. Here is a list of all volumes:

Follow each link, and there is a big "BibTeX" button linking to a file like this:
