fix bold/non bold text height when a feed is read

When a feed is completely read, it becomes not bold in the sidebar. This makes it 1px or so shorter, and moves up everything below it. Feeds should have a constant height.

On chrome on windows, I don't see any changes. But on mac, yes there is.
