add rm5plus support

add basic support for RM5 plus model (0x5224). a few functions (send_data, enter_learning and auth) were tested and worked

hello @felipediel, would it be possible to merge this and have it available in the next version? i can then submit a small patch to HA for RM5 Plus to work cleanly in homeassistant. Thanks in advance!
