CLI Readme description typo ("rfscanlearn")

Hi, thanks for you efforts on this very useful tool! I just discovered a small typo in the Readmo of the CLI:

broadlink_cli --device @BEDROOM.device --rfscanlearn broadlink_cli --device @BEDROOM.device --rfscanlearn --learnfile LG-TV.power

"rfscanlearn" should be "rflearn" :-)
