phaseR archived on CRAN?
I'm currently in the process of submitting our coevolve package to the software review at rOpenSci. Our package depends on the phaseR package to produce phase planes of ODE systems.
During the review process, our package has recently started failing our internal checks because phaseR has become archived on CRAN (see discussion here).
As a temporary fix, I have amended the package DESCRIPTION file to install the development version of phaseR from GitHub. But I wanted to check if the removal of phaseR from CRAN is temporary, or whether it is planned as long-term change? If the latter, this may have implications for our package down the line.
Thanks in advance!
I would also like a long term solution! This is a useful package. I also came across Grind, by Rob J de Boer, Theoretical Biology, Utrecht University. Very useful code, but not a maintained R package.
Me as well. I have been using this package since it was created and I have been using it for one of my courses for the past 8 years. It's a great resource.
