Allow stacking Chat Message drop shadow settings

Currently, you can enable text drop shadow with the Chat dashboard UI.

The browser's text-shadow CSS allows multiple rules to be stacked together to make more interesting (thicker) shadows, but this cannot be done with the current UI.

We should make it so that we can add more than one shadow.
