Key binding can not be used if disabled core plugin is using it

I do not know if this also affects Community Plugins.

  1. I set "Daily Note: Open Today's Note" to use the F6 key in Global Hotkeys
  2. I disabled the Daily Note core plugin because I swapped to Periodic Notes.
  3. I set the same hot key, F6, to be used as "Periodic Notes: Open Daily Note" instead, except I can not save changes because the box is highlighted in red.
  4. Upon checking the list to see what the conflict is, the Daily Note commands do not show up since the plugin is disabled.

My work-around:

  1. I re-enable Daily Note
  2. I un-bind F6 from "Daily Note: Open Today's Note"
  3. I am now able to set "Periodic Notes: Open Daily Note" to use F6 and save it - it works correctly.
  4. I am now able to re-disable Daily Note.
