Add option in preferences to set Inner Builder to true by default

I prefer my builders to be Inner classes. This great plugin does support it, now I just would like to be able to set 'Inner Builder' to true by default. (And perhaps the 'but'-method as well)

Or maybee the plugin could save the last used options and make it the default for the next run
