Remove unused autosave columns

The autosave_enabled and autosave_timeout attributes of the User model appear to be part of a partially implemented preferences API which has since been deleted (in commit a40a1e9015286d6cca1ac171277993036336a2b7).

Remove the attributes from the model, and remove the corresponding columns from the user table.
