Encourage niceties for people who don't have many

In any group of people, some will be more outgoing, more engaging, or more likeable than others. At RC, this leads to some people receiving more niceties than other people. That is - to some degree - human nature, but we may be able to consciously work to counteract that effect, so that everyone can end their batch feeling good.

This is very much a discussion / brainstorming issue right now; all ideas are welcome!

Off the top of my head, some options include:

• playing with the order of people displayed on the "write niceties" page
• highlighting a few people, kind of like the "featured products" mixed into search results
• encouraging writing something for everyone, with eg progress completion bars / achievements / etc (although be careful not to do so at the expense of nicety quality)
