Niceties lost when recursers extend their batch

It seems to only affect specific individuals who extended their batch but had niceties written about them the first time around. I was looking to update a few entries and when I hit save, it reverts to the previous saved December 14th dates vs the Feb 8th saved entries.

It affects (3) people in the current batch.

Note those leaving in the current batch, updates are fine and persisted just those with Niceties saved from December are affected.
