How to identify the correct interface name to use with Windows

I've been able to start the docker image successfully when the configuration file has the interface set to "". The application reports - Starting server for .... on 0.0.0.0:53

And works fine with this configuration.

I have tried numerous options for the interface including the IP address, description and name of the ZeroTier virtual adapter but the server won't start:

level=fatal msg="Could not get interface: route ip+net: no such network interface\n"

Can you suggest how I can specify just the ZT interface?
