**Describe the bug** In Section [7.2.4.1](https://github.com/mojaloop/mojaloop-specification/blob/master/documents/API%20Definition%20v1.0.md#7241-regular-expression) of the API specification, the definition of the regular expression to parse a variable of the Name type states: "_all Unicode32 characters are allowed_"....
