@jtomaszewski @mjbellantoni Do you think we're OK to do a micro bump, or do we need a minor bump?

I want to remove the dependency on mbj/devtools, it's installing a huge number of gems we don't need at build time.

Micro is fine IMHO

I did an immediate bump to 3.1.1 from master. I'll update this for a minor bump to 3.2.0 next.
