watchOS UI Layout

The swift package currently compiles for watchOS, but the UI is completely untested.

We should add a watch extension target to the Example app, and then test and polish the resulting UI.

It is understandable that the debugging tool will likely be limited on watchOS, but being able to at least demo components would be beneficial.
