Added GitHub Actions CI for Multi Platforms

This library has multiple bugs and build issues only macOS builds without issue current state, https://github.com/zelang-dev/rpmalloc/actions/runs/9684886564/job/26723680880

This library will not build under WSL2 in it's current state, My fork has no issues after making bug fixes, but now find valgrind show memory leaks. So i did some additional testing against the original branch only to get Linux segmentation faults.
