This pull when manually installed gets it enabled in extension manager but I don't know how to tell if it is properly communicating with the systemd service.

@KyleGospo , just as an heads up, on your fork you have a spec file for the extension, are you planning on releasing that on COPR? If so, what is stopping you from pushing it? Is it not working or are you waiting to get those changes on this repo, or is there something else?
