Maintain Gradle version ranges with bnd

Thanks, this will fix the version ranges for OSGi but I really fear that one might break compatibility against the lowest version in the future if there is neither

  • compilation nor
  • testing performed with the minimally supported dependency version.

Testing min versions showed that Jackson 2.10.0 doesn't integrate property with XML. Lowest version that works is 2.13.0.
