I found the cause of the issue, I'm working on a fix now.
A hotfix has been applied in production deployment at Fedora infrastructure. A proper fix will be implemented later.
Thank you for confirming the hotfix, but the real issue is still not fixed in Koschei, so please leave this bug open for now.

As a workaround I've bumped manual priority for 183 packages affected by this issue: [root@koschei-backend01 ~][PROD]# sudo -u koschei koschei-admin psql
@msimacek Are you working on this or intend to? If not I can probably do it myself.
Depends on #46 - front page would use materialized views and possibly include some of stats.
