[Survey on Comics Understanding] if you want novel annotations and datasets

Hi @miyyer, Thanks for your work, it has led the floor to many subsequent researchers in Comics!

I have previously worked on COMICS, using your panel and OCR annotations, but noticed that with better OCR (Amazon Textract) we obtain better performances.

I'm working on a Survey on Comics Understanding, and I discovered there is also another work enhancing the OCR with different techniques.

I'm opening an issue here so people interested in comics can gather the novel datasets and annotations :)
