Error with ANTS_registration.py

Hi Michael,

Firstly, thank you for providing such a helpful guide to nipype, it is really excellent!

I have been trying to use your script for ANTs registration but have been receiving errors when the workflow begins to run the registration node. I have tried this within our own environment setup for nipype, as well as within the nipype tutorial Docker image (error outputs attached). This seems to point to the problem when running in the Docker container, although I'm not sure what the fix is:

traits.trait_errors.TraitError: The trait 'moving_image' of a RegistrationInputSpec instance is an existing file name, but the path '/data/ds000114/sub-10/ses-test/anat/sub-10_ses-test_T1w.nii.gz' does not exist. Error setting node input:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
