Git support

Hi @miyagawa ,

I just came across this feature request on carton. Has git support been added to the Carmel cpanfile? This is an invaluable feature.

If so, how does it work?

Supporting git installation for cpan module is a very complicated feature (although partially supported in cpanm). I might add it in the future, but we'll get some alternative with a specific tarball pinning, or with an alternative mirror support (#26).
