Twitter has retired both Site Streams and User Streams

As of August 23rd, 2018, we retired both Site Streams and User Streams. Please make sure to migrate over to the Account Activity API.

The API endpoint used by this module now returns 404 Not Found

In order to work this module would need to point to the new Account Activity API (but this is only available via Premium or Enterprise Twitter API access).
