Pioneer HID unlock PoC

This is a quick and dirty (untested) implementation of https://swiftb0y.github.io/CDJHidProtocol/hid-analysis/handshake.html

It'd be nice if @JoergAtGithub or @acolombier could have a quick look at the HID related parts as I've never worked with HID in mixxx before and didn't have the time to properly familiarize myself with it for this.
