update Equalizer preferences chapter

In 2.4 Mixxx manual.

The Equalizer chapter : https://app.transifex.com/mixxx-dj-software/mixxx-dj-manual-24/translate/#fr/chapters--preferences--equalizers/436188293 is not in accordance with 2.4 (Equalizer section moved into Crofader Preferences).

Need to be rewrite and new picture..
