Better notification for whispers.

I have noticed while playing with sound off I can receive a whisper and have no clue I have one until I mouse over the chat window for something. Would it be possible to have this be more visible? Either by seeing it persistently flashing or some other means of letting you know someone is whispering you?

Thanks for the suggestion! I agree with you on the notification issue. This is something I definitely want to fix.
